Hard Cider-Tis the season

My youngest brother brother just left. He brought over a gallon of his home brewed hard apple cider for a test run. 18% is all you get from fermentation but...what a good 18% it is. Sneaky stuff it was. Too sneaky for a Sunday night!

Hope I get this right. One-eyed typing was never my strong point.

Hey CM i will bring a couple of bottles of my IPA for you to try tomoz (have to give them a couple of weeks in the bots. :P
Tried one after 4 days in the bot and it is real good!

Hey Scott if you want a nice cider recipe ask chilliman, i have tasted his and it is goooood.
