vendor Has Anyone Had Any Experience With Pepper Joe

I have recently been looking at purchasing some peppers from a online vendor by the name of "Pepper Joe" his online website is http://www.pepperjoe.com I was wondering if anyone has ever used him or had much experience with him. Thank You!

I have no idea what I would use them for at this time.   I have only ever tasted a sliver of a reaper, and it was too hot imo for me to enjoy.

You can do all sorts of things to bring the heat down. Sauces will never compare to the fresh peppers and a mere hint of Reaper will only result in just over Ghost sauce heat from my experience. Personally though, I'd powder it and make white chocolate gnache. Use the thickest cream possible to really cram it full of dairy without stopping it setting.
