Have you started growing for 2015?

I have a bunch of little ones under lights, a couple over winters in the house and quite a few more in paper towels right now. I have to start really early if I have a hope of anything ripening outdoors here.
 
No, I'm going on a two week vacation the first of Feburary and don't have any one to water plants. So, nothing starts until the 15th of Feburary. Drat it all. Still, I haven't visited mom in a couple of years, so it was time. Plus the Tucson Gem Show is going on as is the 56th Tubac Art Festival. Fun!
 
Low-tech and low space. Got a OW Bhut Jolokia in a windowsill, and I intend to sow some Fatalii in the next week or so, as I expect them to grow pretty slow.
 
Other than that, I think i'll sow the remaining in mid to late february. With the remaining being:
Goats weed
Aji lemon drop
Jalapeno cracked
 
And possibly some small varieties for indoor growth/gifts.
 
No. I'm on the road for work and I'm waiting for seeds to show up. I'm hoping they'll be waiting for me when I get home.
