food Hawaiian hot powder?

Well I got a dehydrator for Christmas so time to experiment. Some of these tiems are still drying so I haven't worked out the ratios yet but here's what's going in it:

Pineapple
Cinnemon
Apples
Smoked garlic
smoked carribbean reds.

hopefully be taste testing it on some pizza tonight

After grinding up the apples and pineapple I realized it takes a long time to completely dry those fruits. I have the powder spread out in the dehydrator again drying. The pineapple is almost there the apple is all stuck together still.
