This sauce was decent, but nothing I would write home about. I just saw it in the gift shop of the Sierra Nevada Brewery and figured it would be something worth reviewing.

If you want to add some sweetness to a stir fry, this sauce would be perfect for that, IMO. I don't really feel that it works as a "barbecue" sauce though.

Good one you 3! a friend of mine sent me this one and another one a few months back when he went to the brewery. they were really good! soak a pork butt in this for 3 days an cook it low and slow. it's AWSOME!
