Keep some for Turkey.
We just killed the rest of it on our dinner last night, actually. But I think I may have to pick up another bottle just for Turkey Day. We're going out of town for the holiday to visit with friends, and we were told to bring some spicy stuff along. I think that will include some more AppleTalli.
P.S. - Sandy didn't do very much damage in Buffalo. Just a lot of wind and rain, but nothing like what people got hit with on the coast. We didn't lose power either.
If you guys like fish. Try brushing it on both sides of a fillet and wrap it with tin foil and cook it. I did this with a sauce I made that had a similar flavor profile and it came out amazing!
John, I also agree that Sandy got to much of a hype here. I was hoping that we would lose power though so I didn't have to work the next day. Oh well.

I love fish, especially salmon. Julia though, not so much. But I'm sure I could warm her up to the idea if we used some of this sauce. I think that the PineyHab Brian makes would also work well for something like this.
Yeah, we definitely enjoyed the trip. It just sucked that the vacation felt like it was over in the blink of an eye.
