heated propagator?

well right now, i am tryin to get my seeds to start in a cardboard box with a 40 watt bulb and a salad take-out container.
and for next year, i figured i'd germinate them in rockwool, with a heated propagator to make it more simplistic.

i will probably only grow 10-15 plants per year, so i don't need anything too big.

i searched ebay, couldn't find anything...
so any reccomendations for a site i could order 1 off of?

//edit//
been thinking of getting a regular propagator and a heating mat instead.
any suggestions in terms of the mat?

go to walmart and get a jiffy heated pad grow kit and a bag of soil.

comes with a clear top and some jiffy pucks that you soak in water and use to start seeds but I chuck em and use soil or put them in water then break them open and use the dirt type junk inside.

the heated pad will do wonders starting seeds !!!!

have fun

not sure if my walmart has anything like that, but i'll check

also about what temp does that mat heat the soil up to?

ordered a seed heat mat off ebay...
just have a quick question, do i keep it on 24/7 or do i turn it off at night?

My setup is a 1.5' x 2' x 1' box with foil inside. I use an 10W incandescent that's really inefficient so it puts out a lot of heat. (Though it may actually be 100W since the numbers are faded on the old bulb). I run that for 16 hours, and when I go to sleep, I turn that off and use the heat mat. So basically

16 hours - 85F using the light
8 hours - 75F using the mat

Make sure you check the soil temp and not the air temp inside the box.
