Heater/Fan combo?

Looking to get an oscillating fan/heater combo to keep the grow room feeling comfortable all year round, keep fungus away, make sure plants harden proper, etc.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

plants will do fine in room temp . my  O.W.'S sat in the kitchen ( south) bay window and threw out some peppers during the winter . no extra nothing . fan yes !

I am with Moruga on this one.  I -think- you get a wee bit faster growth with another ten degrees over room temp, but I do not think it is enough to make a person spend the money on the heating costs.  So I use extra heat to germinate in enclosed areas, but let my home furnace take care of the rest.
