When I went back to Cleveland my mom introduced me to Heather's Heat and Flavor. Boy was this store AWSOME! The co-owner, Brian Marx (who oddly enough has the same name as a kid I went to grade school with which was odd, but it wasn't him) is extremely knowledgefull of most things hot. He's tried just about everything in his store, which really helps when you are not experienced with pepper products.
If you are ever up in Cleveland, deffinitly check them out.
