Hey!
Long Island guy new to the forum looking to learn as much as he can from the gurus on here. I've always loved hot sauce and in the last year I've given making my own a shot with some good results. This year I've started growing my own peppers and so far I'm having some success. Peppers in the garden right now are: jalapeños, cayenne, habaneros, Carolina reapers, magma (purple), mad hatter and shishito peppers. My goal is to eventually to make hot sauces with ingredients grown primarily from my property. Thanks for reading!
