Hi guys, I am new here but have been enjoying hot food for a long time now. Not as hot as some of you guys but I like to try it if it's hot. I live in Maryland, this year was my first year dabbling in Super Hots. I grew some Yellow Ghost, Red Ghost, and I think a Scorpion (it was supposed to be a Red Ghost). I enjoy making an Inner Beauty type hot sauce and just made my first batch of pepper jelly with a dozen yellow ghosts. I've been doing a lot of reading on the site and thought it time to say hello.
