Well, this is my first forum to join, not much of a social media person (must be the age). I really enjoy cooking and everything kitchen. I experimented with salsa last year, and they were a big hit with friends and family. Made my first hot sauce last week, and again, went over well. My wife's favorite hot sauce is Tabasco, not any more!
I spent the better part of the day (while working), reading the Fermentation 101 forum, and boy, did I get a lot of good information. I have a batch of Red Jalapenos, and a batch of Thai peppers fermenting now, started 5 days ago. I look forward to being part of this family, and can only hope to contribute to the wealth of knowledge already here.
