Recently my cousin started growing peppers in his backyard and i have become interested in growing them also! If anyone could lend me some advice on growing peppers (what to grow, where to grow, how to grow, favorable conditions, exc.) it would be greatly appreciated! I also don't want to sound greedy or anything but if anyone has any seed they would be willing to send to me that would be GREATLY appreciated. Thank you!

Begging for seeds on your very first post is considered rather poor form. Stick around, read some 'glogs' and learn a bit.
There is a 'seed library' in Phx that can set you up with a variety of traditional hot varieties: https://sites.google.com/site/vpaseeds/seeds
If you ever get down to Tucson, http://www.nativeseeds.org/ has a good selection of plants and seeds that will grow well in the heat. http://shop.nativeseeds.org/collections/chiles
