I happened across this forum while looking up recipe's for a fermented hot sauce and this site blew my mind. I just wanted to say hi and intoduce myself.
I'm from Bristol,UK and have been a chilli fan for about 12 years. Stemming from an old bottle of Tabasco sauce at the back of the cupboard. putting a small dot on my finger and trying the mysterious red sauce. after that burning experience i was hooked and started trying to find a hotter fix.
Last year was my first time growing peppers, starting out with Cayenne, Jalapeno, and Hungarian wax peppers.
I have recently started experimenting with sauces, as our local Morrisons have started to stock hot peppers. and making something that has become a favorite for friends and family.
