Hey all,

I am so glad that i found this forum. My wife and family thinks I'm nuts because I collect BBQ and hot sauces and always stop when we travel to local stores to pick up a new bottle of the local stuff. Of course, this doesn't always go over well since I am running out of room for my collection. Oh well, where there is a will, there's a way.

I put hot sauce on almost everything and look forward to learning from all of you and to get some hints on making my own hot sauce. Thanks again and looking forward to the conversation.
