Hi fellow chili fans
I was recommended this forum by a dear old friend today and just had to join. It looks like a very active place, wonderful! I am looking forward to reading old posts and new ones of course!
Introducing myself: 49 years old and passionate about growing edible stuff. Expect to be buying some land of my own very soon, right now I have to live in a small appartment and have limited space, can only have a few chilis in the window and the cat kills them! Used to have an allotment but gave it up when I decided to start looking for a bigger place... Can´t wait to try out some of all the seeds I have collected by now!
I am interested in all kinds of things about chili, especially finding types suitable for drying, stuffing, and some that can be used in the sweet citchen. I also want to learn how to make bonchi some day...
