Just wanted to take a sec and say hello. Glad that I found this site, I love spicy food, especially hot sauce! I usually have about 5-10 bottles at any given time. My knowledge of all the pepper types and "how to" is limited, but I am excited about what I can learn here. Made my first two batches this past weekend, did a few things wrong but they were small batches, turned out pretty good, they won't be around for long so it's no big deal. Anyways,I look forward to learning alot from here (already have questions building up) and to trying all the different recipes and ideas (and sharing when I have one worthy!) Anyways, hello to all.
