Hello From Florida!

Howdy, Hot Pepper members.

My name is Melium aka Sean. I'm from North-East Florida and I currently have a good crop of Jalapenos, Habaneros, Thais, Datils, Banana Peppers and Serranos growing at the moment. I make hot sauces and glazes with my good friend Dru as well as attempt to make as many extremely hot sauces as we can.

:welcome: from the frozen tundra. Lived and worked as a chef in Orlando and Palm Beach areas back in the day. Lots less headache growing peppers where there isn't white stuff on the ground 7 months out of the year...

welcome from sunny Spain

Thanks for all the welcomes!I do agree, it is easier to grow peppers without all the snow, but it does still get cold, contrary to belief. A chilly 9*F last winter, if I remember. Although the 120*F summers are something my plants seem to love. My current location is around Keystone Heights, if anyone knows where that is, i'll give you a penny.
