Loved chili all my life and I have been living in Hong Kong for the past 5 years. Originally from the Bay Area. The local cuisine here has no heat so I have decided to grow my own pepper on tiny apartment balcony. The last time I grew something was when I was 12 years old so hopefully my pepper plants do ok. Oh the bright side the where here is a zone 11+. No frost and the coldest it gets around 45 for like 2 weeks.
