I live in the Chicago Suburbs, and have been a hot sauce head for years.  I recently developed an interested in making and bottling my own sauces, and that's how I found this wonderful website.
 
I look forward to learning a lot in the weeks to come, and I may attempt to try my hand at growing some plants this year as well.
