Hello everyone,
 
Been lurking for the last week or two just browsing through everything. I have been enjoying the wealth of knowledge shared here.
 
Been making my own Habanero Jelly since I recently discovered it in a store in KC. I have become addicted to all things hot and look forward to growing my own hots since there isn't much available around here other than the norm.
 
Look forward to learning from the vast amount of knowledge here.
 
Hello Derek, Welcome from central Texas.  The forum is a great place no doubt.  I am from Joplin, Mo and lived in Lawrence for a few years before making my way to Austin.  Plenty of knowledge to learn here and lots of jam makers too.  I'm a big fan of them myself.
