After browsing the forum for a little while, I am excited to connect with all the friendly helpful folks on here. I am looking for a career change back to the food industry (long story) and have always loved hot sauces and I make a few mean ones myself. I have a dream of making my sauces and selling them to enhance food around the world! I hope this forum will help me fulfill my dream of being my own boss someday.
