Hey everyone, new guy here. Name is Ben. The only other forums I'm on are craft beer forums...if this place is anything like those, I'm sure what I'm about to say will elicit some eye rolls, haha. If this is the hundredth time you've seen a post like this I apologize in advance.
My coworkers and I enjoy pretty spicy foods but none of us really know what our limits are. Being fans of Hot Ones, we decided to do our own tasting. I was in the Cincinnati area last week and bought all of the sauces at Jungle Jim's (which I HIGHLY recommend if you're ever in the area).
Now I want to make sure I have them in the right order and have a somewhat accurate scoville unit listed for each. Since that goes a bit beyond an introduction, I'll look for the right place to post that request for help.
I'll start poking around here, but if this type of thing has been posted countless times before, feel free to point me in the right direction so I don't clutter the forum with repetitive posts.
