Hi all,

My name is colin, im starting school soon to be a EMT and in my spare time i drive racecars. ive loved spicy food for as long as i can remember but ive never found that salsa of hot sauce that was just right. Thats why im here, i want to make my own sauces and salsa so can find something just right. I am a total beginner when it comes to this but i have lots of land t i jus o grow on and barns to process in, i just need help getting started. If theres someone in the area who could show me the ropes or if there is any good books out there please let me know.
