Hi guys! Glad I found this forum of you fellow chili fans. I'm here to learn about amazing hot sauces and spicy recipes that will melt your face off. Also, none of my friends like hot sauce (although they've learned to watch out for any sauce I bring to gatherings), so I thought it could be cool to chat with you all. I haven't always been a pepper-head though. Up until about a year ago I was a mild sauce person... I know... Then I suddenly just started craving spicy food. I got some amazing hot sauces in New Orleans, created a nice little collection, and I smother my food in hot sauce daily. My tolerance has gone up and most of my small collection has become too underwhelming. What should I try next to seriously up my game? Thanks!
