I have been reading posts on this forum for quite some time and have found so much useful information and finally registered to contribute myself.  I am in the process of taking my home made hot sauce recipes and finally turning them into a business.  I'm at the very start of that journey and can certainly learn a ton from those that have walked this road before me.  I'm looking forward to interacting with many of you and sharing tips, tricks and shared enjoyment of all things spicy!!

I'm from Winston-Salem and I know Efland alright. My folks used to work in Hillsborough and my aunt lives in Mebane.
