Hello from NJ

Hey everyone. Ive always enjoyed hot sauces and just recently started making my own. Only a few bottles here and there mostly just to give to friends and family, but id like to start making more flavors and maybe start branching out a little. I look forward to any hints or suggestions that anyone has to help out :)
