Hello from North Dakota

Hello all, after visiting this website for a few months and gaining a lot of knowledge, I have finally decided to become a member. I am in the Air Force, live in Minot, ND and have just started dabbling in making my own hot sauce. I have recently started to try to grow my own peppers, weather permitting (it's cold here 6-7 months a year). Just like everyone else here, I have an obsession with anything with some heat and trying to make my own. I am looking forward to lots of great ideas and a great heat-seeking community!
