First thing first...just want to say hello...my name is Rick and I am a huge fan of Hot Peppers....so this looks like the place to be.
I have been reading this forum for awhile and I must say there is a ton of pepper knowledge here.
I have three main hobbies......BBQ.....Cigars and my love of hot peppers.....I want to learn the art of fermented hot sauce making.
I will be asking lots of questions in the future.....but thats what these great forums are all about.
