I am new to hot peppers but have quickly discovered they're addicting. I started a hot pepper garden instead of a vegetable garden last year and have had fun trying new peppers. I'm glad I found this forum and hope to learn a lot from everyone.

Well then you aren't far from me. I am just west of Lancaster. The reason I ask is we do these cooking competitions on here once a month. Check out the throwdown section. Oh and yes I cook a little.

I'm out and about in the Lancaster area every couple of months it seems. I'll definitely check out the throwdowns. Will give me an idea of what to do with my harvest.
