hi homies. i love chilies but we dont have the superhots here in ph. :) maybe there's a problem when shipping it here. some friends sent me seeds but doesnt arrive

Welcome to THP. I am fairly certain that I have sent seeds to a few members there in years past. Doesn't mean that postal is not cracking down on that though. Good luck
