Hello from Southern Idaho!!!

I'm new to the The Hot Pepper , but have enjoyed growing peppers for years ! I also like to can , make hot sauce and salsa ( for personal use) , and cook using a variety of peppers! This year I am growing Trinidad Scorpions , Ghost Peppers , Scotch Bonnets , Habaneros , Jalapenos , Golden and red cayenne , Tabasco , Caribbean Reds , and Serrano peppers . If anyone else is in Southern Idaho lets talk and share some peppers!

Hi Southern Idaho! I'm in Northwestern VT and I'm so pumped to have found this. My big discovery - the delight of learning that yes, you can ferment your peppers with fruit, at the same time. Whoo hooo. Call me nuts, but I'm going to be making some cantaloupe-orange hab sauce...
