Hello from st. augustine, florida. i have been growing peppers for a few months now and am just starting to get a few flower buds on my datils and sweet bells, and also jalepeno and anchos. I would like to try growing a lot of the popular varieties I have seen on the site (been looking at threads for tips for a while now!) Anyway, even though i have just had the opportunity to start growing on my own, I have mastered making my own sauces and "dust" a long time ago. I am a chef and like cooking with peppers but really enjoy growing too. I hope to learn while i am here and hopefully help others too that may be having problems or need advice about thier pepper plants.
