Hello from St. Louis, MO

Hello to all you fellow chileheads. I've already made a couple posts but thought I would shout out an official "hello". This is a great resource and I hope I will be able to contribute as well.

I've been making hobby sauces for years and enough friends have convinced me to sell them. Still a lot of work to do before that happens. I can certainly use advice and hope I'll have some to give as well.
