Hello from sw WA

Hello all, decided to join and learn more on making hot sauces and troubleshooting with questions that arise in the process.

I grew Carolina Reapers last yr and used them to make my own "HOT MAMA" style of German sausages. Results were amazing and thus my new hobby of hot pepper growing.

This yr I decided to try more varieties

Bhut T Red Jolikuli (sp?)
Fatalii
Habanero orange and lemon
Choc Moruga Scorpion
Stavros Pepperoncini

So while searching youtube I Stumbled into pepper mashes and hot sauces :-)

Two weeks ago I put together my first mash from Lemon habanero and yellow bell peppers and salt......the journey continues and I look forward to learning from all of you here.

Found Buddy's ferment thread yesterday.....now thats the kind of results one could die for!!!
