Hello all,
My name is Anthony, I live in north western Sydney.
Since I first grew a birdseye chilli plant 30 years ago I have been addicted to growing and eating chillis. That poor old plant moved with me four times, from my bachelor days along until I had 2 children and a dog (and a wife of course). I didn't realise chillis were not enthusiastic about being dug up. I transplanted it twice and it soldiered along without complaint.
I still grow chillis, but like experimenting with some super hots. They make a wonderful slow cooked chilli jam.
Looking forward to learning, and if possible sharing. Regards to everybody out there, Anthony
