Hello spicy gremlins!
I am launching a new hot sauce company any week now. I have been making sauce as a chef and restaurant owner for about 15 years now. With Covid closing my business (not for good, we are reopening now) I decided it was time to get off my ass and finally do it. I am done with all of my licensing, business legalities, permits and all the boring stuff. I am legally allowed to make the sauce now and am working with a designer to finish my labels and get them approved. Its my last step.
I love this forum. It has really helped me with the loads of information and the experiences people have gone through and shared. I hope to be able to return the favor and help someone out on there journey in the hot sauce world.
