My name is Kyle and I live just outside of Rochester, NY. This is my first year growing anything hotter than a jalapeno, but I have always enjoyed spicy foods. Earlier in the year I started Brazilian Starfish, Peppadews, Scotch Bonnet Reds and Bhut Shaped Reapers from seed (about 25 plants total) and they are all producing pods like crazy. Now just trying to figure out what to make with them all.. I look forward to learning all sorts of info about peppers on this site!

to the THP forums, Kyle! You definitely found the place to be inspired with ideas for all sorts of ways to utilize your pepper abundance (a great 'problem' to have!)
