Hello all,

I'm T, and I just started a hot sauce business in 2023. We have our products recipe devloped, label designed, ph tested, process authority reviewed, commercial kitchen rented, health permit approved except for cannery permit to officially can and sell in California. It's in the process but a very very lengthy one.

My team and I are here on this forum to learn from you guys, share our experience and develop relationships.

We're looking for copackers with logistical capabilities for Los Angeles, California. If anybody have any information or leads, please let me know.
