My name is Scott. I'm slowly becoming a Chili head, and have always been on this life long journey of the spice!
Started off at a young age with the simplest thing. Taco Bell hot sauce! At the age of 5 with mild, reaching the newer "fire" sauce at the age of about 10. (It tastes like water now, I'm 34).
I grow my own peppers now and make powders out of them, because they keep longer that way, and are easily added to any dish.
