Hello out there !

Hey everyone! My name is Kurt, new to the forum. I’ve been fermenting for many years foods, wine, peppers ect. Finally got into hot sauce not long ago and am very pleased with how it’s coming along.

I’d like to possibly scale it up and happened across this forum and think it will be a great resource. I look forward to checking out the different threads.
