I just found my way here this morning.

I love hot and spicey foods. The hotter the better.
I grew up in Chicago. In an Italian house, my father always had a bottle of hot gairdiniera on the table. I just moved to NC in June 06.

My wife and I were playing around with a calendar program recently, and discovered that January 16th. is International Hot and Spicey Food Day. So we quickly gathered all the hot stuff in the house for a photo to use in the calendar. That is what you see as my avatar. As I was putting the stuff back, i found some other things that we missed. There could have been more, but a lot of stuff just didn't make the move with me.

I have found this to be a pretty cool site. Your in NC?...Bubbaschili (a chili pro on here) is also in NC. With any luck he's your neighbor.
