Hello!

I am a newbie to the site. Just saw it this morning and decided to sign up. I am new to making fermented hot sauce and after my first batch (already started on the second) I was hooked. I run a food blog at www.offal.ca where I explore the guts of food. I am really looking forward to learning and sharing with people on the site.
