Hello.They are the small jalepeno that we purchased from a local store.I am a big fan of anything chipotlie i have a smoker and dehydrator so i am wanting to experiment with some different flavors.I have never smoked and before so it will be experimental at best.I am also open to suggestions on what others have tried when smoking peppers.Here in Texas we have oak,hickory and mesquite readily available.
