it's not a plastic pipe but a piece of bamboo tree. its function is to protect the chili tree from the hot vapor mulch

Are you planning to add a separate source of phosphorus if you use the KNO3 ?
 
I personally aim for an overall fertilizer ratio of 5:10:10

Yes ,, I give KNO3 2kg / 400liter water plus KALCIUM 1kg for 2000 chili trees
