My name is Dan, I grow some seriously hot peppers in the garden (Habs, Chocolate Habs, Scorpion Trinidads), then I make a sauce with each of them and use it to season the meat to make beef jerky. I'm in the middle of starting a part-time business with it and have had nothing but excellent feedback from the guinea pigs!!!
