Hi from Melbourne! I've been growing chills for a few years but have had some problems this last year. I think I have overwatered over winter and had some root rot issues, the leaves and stems were turning brown and drying on the plant. I've repotted some and they are looking a little better but are still very stunted and have brown and yellowing on the leaf edges of new growth. Can anyone suggest whats wrong?

Attached are some photos of the plants, I'm currently growing scotch bonnet, habs, ghost peppers and scorpions. Almost all are showing yellowing of the leaves and brown patches, a few have black spots on the leaves and stems.
