Hi, just started growing peppers last spring. My plants started dying over the window radiator in the late autumn. I managed to save two of them with an Ikea grow light shelf that my sister gave to me. After that, i got curious about growth light so i started to build my own with led strips. Now i have some seedlings with weird bumps on their stem. Thats why im here.

Weird bumps on seedling stems? Near the base or near the leaves? Brown woody material or white crystalline water pustules?  Could be new roots/nodes attempting to form or could be some edema if on the leaves as well.
