Help! Fungus or mold?

I noticed in my small enclosed area that the ground cherry plant now has this nasty stuff on it.

It's hard to tell by the picture but I had something potentially similar on my finger lime bush when I bought it. I sprayed it with dilute peroxide and it never came back.

Is the enclosed space properly ventilated? Air flow is important to prevent fungus and mold.

I hope it's nothing like that.. it is enclosed. 5 tierd case.

I sprayed some diluted hydrogen peroxide on it. The white spores?? Kinda faded.

Chances are some of the mold from my sunflower microgreens spread into it and had just the right conditions to thrive. I'll have to put a small fan in there and open it up.

Is the white stuff fuzzy? Could be mealy bugs or some sort of white scale.

It hasn't come back since i sprayed it!
