Help IDing a Mexican pepper

Can anybody tell me what these are? 
They are in Southern Baja in a friends yard. I did not see the plant but she said they hang down. They are about 50000-100000 Scovilles by my guess. Not really a ton of flavor. Looked online a bit but all of the small round ones are upright on the plant.

Looks exactly like Chinese 5-color. Except they point up.
